The Conservatory Mansion is more than an events rental venue. Our multi-level, multi-studio historic Victorian style mansion draws constant foot traffic for a variety of purposes. From weekly music and dance classes to band rehearsals to visiting the popular UTR exhibit, there is something here to interest all ages. Conservatory Of Music and Performing Arts Society (aka COMPAS), our non-profit entity headquartered here is involved with several community arts based collaborations.
